TWO 1863 HANDWRITTEN LETTERSYou are considering 2 double-sided 1860 letters. Letters are between brothers. The writer seems to be a teacher or owner of a school. The recipient of these letters seemed to be having trouble in school. Letter #1 mainly deals with money problems and trying to send money to help. Letter #2 states about a principal trying to be intimidating and may try to "push" away student.Very interesting and personal letters. Letter 1: Dated Dec. 10, 1863. Addressed to "Dear Brother". Signed Moag (?) Mainly writes about money problems and being able to send money to help out. Also writes about not to go to Uncle's until terms are arranged. See pics for condition.Letter 2: Dated Dec 20, 1863. Addressed to "Dear Brother". Signed Moak (?) Troubles with schooling and money issues. Writes about watching out for fuel and coal costs...ect.
